We deliver within Kenya. Email info@mecoptimize.com to confirm availability to your location.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Nairobi & Environs: 2–5 business days
- Other Major Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10–14 business days
4. Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order dimensions. Free delivery promotions are announced on the website.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive an SMS/email once your order is dispatched. Track orders via your My Account.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Report damaged or missing deliveries within 48 hours of the expected delivery date to info@mecoptimize.com.
