Accepted Payment
We accept M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa) only. No cash, bank transfer, or card payments.
How to Pay
At checkout select Pay With M-Pesa, enter your phone number, and confirm the STK Push on your phone.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after successful M-Pesa payment. You will receive an email confirmation.
Security
Payments processed via Safaricom Daraja API. We never see your M-Pesa PIN.
Failed Payments
If charged but no confirmation received within 30 minutes, email info@mecoptimize.com with your M-Pesa code.
Refunds
Refunds processed to original M-Pesa number within 5-7 business days. See Returns Policy.
