3. Delivery Timeframes
- Nairobi & Environs: 2–5 business days
- Other Major Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10–14 business days
4. Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free delivery promotions are announced on our website.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive an SMS/email notification once your order is dispatched. Track your order via My Account.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Report damaged or lost deliveries within 48 hours of the expected delivery date to info@mecoptimize.com.
