Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver within Kenya. Delivery is available to Nairobi and surrounding areas, as well as major towns across the country. Contact us at info@mecoptimize.com to confirm availability to your location.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Nairobi & Environs: 2–5 business days
- Other Major Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10–14 business days
Timeframes may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight. Free delivery promotions are announced on our website from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with tracking details. You may also track orders via your My Account page.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@mecoptimize.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
