30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will arrange a pickup from your location (Nairobi) or advise on how to send the item back
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- M-Pesa payments — refunded to your M-Pesa number within 5 business days
- Card payments — refunded to your original card within 7–10 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us and we will advise on availability.
