Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders placed on MECoptimize are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Kenya. Delivery is available to Nairobi and surrounding areas, as well as major towns across the country. Please contact us at info@mecoptimize.com to confirm delivery availability to your location.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Nairobi & Environs: 2–5 business days
- Other Major Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10–14 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer free delivery for orders above a specified threshold — check our website for current promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your My Account page.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@mecoptimize.com or via WhatsApp. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
